The Abu Dhabi International Book Fair will be participating in the 76th edition of the Frankfurt Book Fair taking place from 16 to 20 October, in an effort to introduce the Abu Dhabi Arabic Language Centre’s various projects and publications, in addition to highlight the events and initiatives concerned with the fields of book publishing and translation, and fostering the status of the Arabic language globally.
This project will feature a curated list of 50 significant literary novels or poetry collections by authors from the Arab World, defined as the 22 countries of the Arab League. The aim is to create a lasting reference for book lovers and the international publishing community.
The project is a partnership between the ALC and the National Newspaper - UAE.
